Terms of Service and Sale

Combup (combup.com) is operated by EMİRHAN GÜVEN GÜVEN YAZILIM HİZMETLERİ, a sole proprietorship registered in Turkey ("Combup", "we", "us"). These terms govern your use of Combup and of the paid Premium subscription. By using Combup or creating an account, you agree to these terms. This English version is provided for convenience; if it conflicts with the Turkish version, the Turkish version prevails.

1. The service

Combup is a software service that lets you search the products of online fashion stores in Turkey in one place, compare the price of the same product across stores, and find products and outfits that suit you with an AI assistant.

Combup is not a marketplace or a store. It does not sell fashion products; stores do not sell through Combup and Combup does not take payments on behalf of stores. You buy the products you like on the store's own website, under that store's terms. The only thing Combup sells is the Premium subscription, which gives you more access to its own service.

2. Accuracy of product information

Price, discount, stock and size information is collected regularly from the stores' public pages and kept as current as possible, but stores may change it at any time. Check the latest information on the store's page before you buy. The relevant store is responsible for the sale, delivery, returns and after-sales service of its products.

3. Account

Search and trends can be used without an account; the AI assistant requires a free account. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and your account secure. You can delete your account at any time. If you have an active Premium subscription, cancel it before deleting your account; otherwise renewal charges may continue.

4. Plans

• Free: product search and filters, price comparison across stores, trends, size profile and, with a free account, 5 AI assistant questions a day.
• Premium: everything in the Free plan plus 100 AI assistant questions a day.

Each message sent to the assistant uses one question. Allowances reset every day at midnight (Turkey time) and unused questions do not carry over. If the assistant cannot produce an answer for a technical reason, the question is not counted. To keep the service secure, the number of messages sent in a short time may be temporarily limited. 5. Payment and Paddle

Premium costs TRY 99 per month (taxes included); the amount shown by Paddle at checkout applies. Payment is made on Paddle's secure checkout and your card details are never sent to Combup. In addition to these terms, purchases are subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms. Paddle emails your receipt and invoice.

6. Renewal and cancellation

Premium is a monthly subscription: it renews automatically every month until you cancel, and the fee is charged to your saved payment method. You can cancel anytime via the link in Paddle's payment email, at paddle.net, or by writing to [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; Premium stays active until then and you are not charged for the next period.

If a renewal payment fails, Paddle may retry it; if the payment is not completed, your account returns to the Free plan.

7. Refunds

You can request a full refund within 14 days of the first payment of a new Premium subscription, without giving a reason. Refunds of renewal payments and exceptions are described in the Refund Policy. The Refund Policy does not limit your rights under consumer protection law.

8. Price changes

We may change our prices. We notify existing subscribers by email at least 30 days before a price change takes effect; the new price applies from the first renewal after the notice. If you do not accept the new price, you can cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

9. AI assistant

The assistant's suggestions are for information only and may contain mistakes. Size estimates are based on general size charts; brands' fits may differ. Base your purchase decision on the latest information on the store's page.

10. Acceptable use

You may not use Combup for unlawful purposes, in a way that infringes the rights of others, or in a way that overloads the service. You may not extract data in bulk with automated tools, try to bypass access or question limits, or let others use your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

11. Availability and liability

We work to provide the service without interruptions or errors, but maintenance, technical faults or changes on store websites may cause temporary interruptions. The relevant store is responsible for its products, prices and sales process.

To the extent permitted by law, Combup is not liable for indirect damages, and its total liability relating to a Premium subscription is limited to the amount you paid for that subscription in the 12 months before the claim. This limitation does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence, or where consumer protection law does not allow it.

12. Intellectual property

Combup's software, design, name and the content it creates belong to Combup. Product names, images and brands belong to the relevant stores and rights holders; Combup shows them only to help you find and compare products and links to the product's page on the store's website.

13. Changes

We may improve or change the service and these terms. We announce important changes on the website before they take effect and notify Premium subscribers by email. How personal data is processed is explained in the Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. As a consumer, you may submit complaints to the consumer arbitration committee (tüketici hakem heyeti) where you live or where the transaction took place, within the monetary limits set each year by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and to consumer courts for disputes above those limits.
