Article 2. Subject

This agreement governs the sale and performance of the Combup Premium subscription ordered by the Buyer electronically via combup.com, and the rights and obligations of the parties. The Buyer declares that they have read and accepted the Preliminary Information Form before confirming the order.

Article 3. Service and price

Article 4. General provisions

4.1. The Buyer accepts that they have read and understood the essential characteristics of the service, the sale price including VAT, the payment method and the information on performance, and have given the necessary confirmation electronically.

4.2. The Seller undertakes to perform the service in full and in accordance with the applicable legislation.

4.3. The service is performed immediately upon approval of the payment. If performance is prevented by a technical obstacle, the Seller informs the Buyer and refunds any amount collected.

4.4. Persons under 18 may not purchase Premium. The Buyer declares that they are 18 or older when ordering.

4.5. Combup is not a marketplace or a store; it does not sell fashion products and does not take payments on behalf of stores. Purchases made from stores fall outside this agreement.

Article 5. Invoice

After collecting the price, the Seller issues an e-Arşiv invoice using the details provided by the Buyer and emails it to the subscription address. The VAT amount is shown separately on the invoice. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the invoice details.

Article 6. Right of withdrawal

6.1. Under the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts concerning services performed instantly by electronic means. When confirming the order, the Buyer separately and expressly accepts that they request immediate performance and therefore lose the right of withdrawal.

6.2. Where a right of withdrawal does apply, the amount paid is refunded within 14 days of the withdrawal notice reaching the Seller.

6.3. Beyond that statutory position, as a commercial commitment, the Seller provides a full refund within 14 days of the first payment of a new Premium subscription, without requiring a reason.

6.4. Renewal payments are not refunded partially or proportionally for unused days. Duplicate charges, charges made after cancellation and failure to provide the service for a technical reason are exceptions. See the Refund Policy for details.

6.5. This article does not limit the Buyer's rights under consumer protection law.

Article 7. Renewal, cancellation and termination

7.1. The subscription renews monthly until the Buyer cancels, and the price is charged to the card stored at iyzico. Explicit, separate consent for storing the card is obtained at the first payment.

7.2. The Buyer may cancel at any time by writing to [email protected]; the request is processed within the same business day. The Seller is building an in-account cancellation screen. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; Premium continues until then and no fee is charged for the next period.

7.3. If a renewal payment cannot be collected, the account returns to the Free plan.

7.4. The Seller notifies price changes to the Buyer by email at least 30 days before they take effect.

Article 8. Protection of personal data

Details on the processing of personal data are set out on the Privacy Policy page. Card details go directly to the payment service provider iyzico; they do not reach the Seller and are not stored by the Seller. The Seller processes invoice data within the scope of its retention obligations under tax legislation.

Article 9. Default

If the Buyer defaults on a payment made by credit card, the provisions of the contract between the cardholder and their bank apply.

Article 10. Resolution of disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The Buyer may bring complaints and objections before the consumer arbitration committee at their place of residence or where the transaction took place, within the monetary limits set each year by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and before the consumer court for disputes above those limits.

Article 11. Entry into force

The Buyer is deemed to have accepted all the terms of this agreement upon confirming the order electronically. The agreement is stored together with the date and time of approval; a copy is emailed to the Buyer on request.
