This form sets out what you need to know before buying a Combup Premium subscription. At checkout you are asked to approve this form and the Distance Sales Agreement. This is a translation of the Turkish original; in case of conflict the Turkish version prevails.

Your name, subscription email address and invoice details are recorded in this form from what you enter at checkout and are shown in your order summary.

3. Essential characteristics of the service

Combup Premium subscription. Combup is a software service that lets you search current products from online fashion stores in Türkiye in one place, compare the price of the same product across stores, and find products and outfits with an AI assistant. Premium raises the AI assistant allowance from 5 questions a day on the Free plan to 100 questions a day. All other features are the same as the Free plan.

Combup is not a marketplace or a store: it does not sell fashion products, stores do not sell through Combup, and Combup does not take payments on behalf of stores. You buy the products you like on the store's own website, under that store's terms.

The service does not involve delivery of a physical product; it is performed instantly by electronic means.

4. Price and payment

• Subscription fee: TRY 99 per month. Turkish VAT is included in the price and shown separately on the invoice.
• Additional costs: none. If you pay with a non-Turkish card, your bank may apply a currency conversion fee.
• Payment method: a single charge to a credit or debit card, on the secure checkout of our payment service provider iyzico. If your card supports it, the payment is verified with 3D Secure.
• Cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, troy.
• Contract term: indefinite; the subscription renews monthly until you cancel.
• Total annual cost: TRY 99 a month for 12 months, TRY 1,188 in total, if not cancelled.

Your card number, expiry date and security code go directly to iyzico; they never reach Combup and are not stored by Combup. You give explicit, separate consent for your card to be stored for recurring charges at the first payment, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.

5. Performance of the service

Your Premium allowance is added to your account as soon as your payment is approved. There is no physical delivery and no delivery cost. We email your e-Arşiv invoice to your subscription address.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts concerning services performed instantly by electronic means. The Premium subscription falls in this category; at checkout you separately and expressly confirm that you want the service to be performed immediately and that you therefore lose the right of withdrawal.

Where a right of withdrawal does apply, the amount you paid is refunded within 14 days of your withdrawal notice reaching us.

Our commitment beyond the statutory minimum: you can request a full refund within 14 days of the first payment of a new Premium subscription, without giving a reason. See the Refund Policy for details.

7. Renewal and termination

The subscription renews monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time by writing to [email protected]; we process the request within the same business day. We are building an in-account cancellation screen and will update this page when it is available. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

We notify price changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect; the new price applies at the first renewal after the notice. If you do not accept it, you can cancel before the renewal date.

8. Complaints and disputes

Please contact us first at [email protected]. You may bring complaints and objections before the consumer arbitration committee at your place of residence or where the transaction took place, within the monetary limits set each year by the Turkish Ministry of Trade, and before the consumer court for disputes above those limits.

9. Record

This form and the Distance Sales Agreement are stored together with the date and time you approved them; a copy is emailed to you on request.
