Checking availability
The Premium subscription is sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd. as Merchant of Record: Paddle takes the payment, calculates and collects any sales tax, and issues your invoice. Combup provides the service and remains your contact for support, subscription questions and refund requests.
Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated from your location and shown before you pay.
Combup doesn't sell clothing. Prices and availability come from the stores and may change; the store's checkout is final.
How questions work
Each message you send to the assistant uses one question. Search, filters, price comparison, similar items and price history don't use questions.
A photo search uses one question. If nothing similar is in stock, the question is refunded.
Price history starts when a product first appears in our catalog; we check prices every day. A firm "Is this sale real?" verdict needs 30 days of history, and until then we say so.
Price alerts and weekly picks don't use questions. An alert fires on a drop of at least 5% and at least $2, or on your target price; every alert email has a one-click link to turn it off.
Questions reset every day at midnight. Unused questions don't carry over.
If the assistant can't answer for a technical reason, that message doesn't use a question.
