What is Combup?
Combup is a fashion search and smart outfit assistant for the UK. It searches 290+ UK fashion stores at once, shows prices in pounds and the sizes that are in stock, and builds outfits from pieces you can buy today. It works on the web and in the Combup app for iPhone and Android.
Does Combup sell products?
No. Combup isn't a shop or a marketplace: it doesn't sell products, and stores don't sell through Combup. You buy the item on the store's own website, on that store's terms, and your rights as a buyer are with the store.
Is Combup free?
Search, filters and price comparison are free, and you don't need an account to search. With a free account you can ask the smart assistant 5 questions a day. Premium is £4.99 a month or £39.99 a year, VAT included: 100 questions a day with the Premium assistant and finding pieces from a photo. You can cancel any time.
Can I change my mind after subscribing?
Yes. You can cancel a new Premium subscription within 14 days of subscribing and get a full refund. After that, you can cancel any time and keep Premium until the end of the month you've paid for. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Is there a Combup app?
Yes. The Combup app is free on the App Store for iPhone and on Google Play for Android. Sign in with the same Combup account and your chats and saved items are the same on the web and in the app.
Which stores are included?
290+ fashion stores that sell in the UK, from big multi-brand shops such as END., Dover Street Market, Goodhood and Rokit to labels such as Oh Polly, TALA, Mint Velvet, RIXO, Victoria Beckham, Drake's and Sunspel. New stores show up here as we add them.
How current are prices and stock?
We refresh store catalogues regularly and show the sizes that were in stock when we last checked. Prices and stock can still change at the store, so check the store's page before you buy.
Where does the product data come from?
Our crawler, CombupBot, reads public product pages and follows each store's robots.txt. It doesn't imitate a browser and it stops when a store asks it to. About CombupBot

Your account details and chats are used only to provide the service, and you can delete your account and all your data at any time. We don't sell your personal data. Details, including your rights under UK data protection law, are in our Privacy Policy. Combup isn't intended for children under 13.
