Terms of Service
Last updated 29 October 2026
These terms apply when you use Combup in the United Kingdom (combup.com/uk) and when you buy Combup Premium as a customer in the UK. Please read them before you create an account or subscribe. By creating an account or subscribing you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. Who we are
Combup is operated by EMİRHAN GÜVEN GÜVEN YAZILIM HİZMETLERİ, a sole proprietorship registered in Türkiye ("Combup", "we", "us"). Postal address: Cennet Mah., Hürriyet Caddesi, Koza Apt. No: 83, Door 3, 34290 Küçükçekmece, Istanbul, Türkiye. Email: [email protected]. We usually answer within 2 working days.
2. The service
Combup is a software service that brings the current products of fashion stores that sell in the UK into one place, lets you search and filter them, and helps you find products and outfits with a smart assistant. Combup is not a shop or a marketplace. The only thing Combup sells is the Combup Premium subscription. We don't sell the products you see, we don't take payments for stores, and we aren't a party to your purchases from them.
3. Product information and buying from stores
- Product names, prices, availability and images are collected regularly from stores' public pages. They can change at any time and may be out of date when you see them.
- The price, availability and terms that apply are the ones on the store's website when you buy. You buy on the store's own website, under that store's terms, delivery and returns policies. The store is responsible for the product and the sale, and your rights as a buyer of the product are against the store.
- Combup doesn't currently receive commissions or payments from the stores shown. If that changes, we'll say so clearly next to the links it applies to.
4. Your account and age
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Combup. If you're under 18, you may use Combup only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who should make any purchase.
- Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us at [email protected] if you think your account has been misused.
- You can delete your account at any time from the account menu. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription bought through Apple or Google; cancel that in your App Store or Google Play settings.
5. Plans
The Free plan includes search, filters, price comparison, similar items, saved items and 5 questions a day to the smart assistant. Combup Premium adds 100 questions a day with the Premium assistant, which searches more deeply across stores, and photo search: find the closest matches in UK stores from a photo of a piece. Each photo search uses one question, which is given back if nothing similar is found. The same account and the same Premium subscription also work on Combup in the US and in Türkiye. The current plans and prices are on the Pricing page.
6. Price, VAT and Paddle
Combup Premium on the web is sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd. ("Paddle"), our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle takes your payment, accounts for VAT, issues your receipt and handles payment questions under its own buyer terms. Combup provides the service and support. The price is £4.99 a month, including VAT, or £39.99 a year, including VAT, depending on the plan you choose, and the checkout shows the full amount before you pay. Your card details are handled by Paddle and never reach Combup.
If you buy Premium in the Combup app, Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) sells that subscription, and their terms apply to its payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds.
7. Automatic renewal and cancelling
- Premium is a subscription that renews automatically every month at £4.99 on the monthly plan, or every year at £39.99 on the annual plan, VAT included, charged to your payment method on each renewal date, until you cancel. We show this next to the subscribe button, and you confirm it in the checkout before you pay.
- After you subscribe, Paddle emails you a receipt showing the amount, the renewal date and how to cancel.
- You can cancel online at any time: open the account menu, choose My subscription, then Manage subscription. You can also use Manage subscription on the Pricing page, the link in any Paddle receipt, or email [email protected].
- Cancelling stops future payments. Unless you cancel within the 14-day cancellation period (section 8), you keep Premium until the end of the period you've paid for and you aren't charged again. On the annual plan, that's the end of the year you've paid for, and unused months aren't partly refunded.
- Switching from monthly to annual: with an active monthly web subscription, you can choose Switch to annual in your account. The unused part of your monthly period is credited proportionally, the remaining amount is charged straight away and your new annual period starts when you switch; you see the amount before you confirm. Switching from annual to monthly isn't available on the web: you can cancel your annual plan and start a monthly one when the paid year ends.
- If a renewal payment fails, Paddle may try again for a short time. Premium ends if the payment can't be collected.
8. Your 14-day right to cancel
If you're a consumer, you have the right to cancel a new Premium subscription, monthly or annual, within 14 days of the day you subscribe, without giving a reason. This right comes from the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
- Premium starts as soon as your payment goes through, so you can use it during the 14 days.
- The Regulations allow a trader to keep a proportionate amount for a service provided during the cancellation period when the customer asked for it to start straight away. We don't charge this: if you cancel within the 14 days, you get the whole payment back, VAT included.
- To cancel within the 14 days, email [email protected] or reply to your Paddle receipt and tell us clearly that you want to cancel. Manage subscription on its own only stops future renewals, so please also email us if you want your refund. You may use the model cancellation form in Schedule 3 to the Regulations, but you don't have to.
- We refund you within 14 days of the day you tell us, to the payment method you used. Premium ends when you cancel this way.
Monthly and annual renewals don't start a new 14-day period, unless the law gives you that right. More detail, including the other cases in which we refund, is in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
9. Other refunds and your statutory rights
We also refund duplicate charges, charges made after you cancelled, and periods when Premium was unavailable for a significant time because of a problem on our side. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 we must provide Premium with reasonable care and skill. If we don't, you can ask us to put it right and, if we can't, you may be entitled to a price reduction. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
10. Price changes
We'll email subscribers at least 30 days before a Premium price change takes effect. The new price applies from the first renewal after that notice. If you don't accept it, you can cancel before that renewal.
11. The smart assistant
- The assistant's suggestions are generated automatically by AI and are for general information and inspiration. They can be incomplete or wrong. Check the product, size, material and price on the store's website before you buy.
- The assistant doesn't give professional advice of any kind, including medical, legal or financial advice.
- How your chats are processed, including by our AI service provider, is explained in the Privacy Policy.
- Daily question allowances reset at midnight Turkey time (9pm UK time in winter, 10pm in summer) and don't carry over. A message that fails for a technical reason isn't counted.
12. Acceptable use
Please don't misuse Combup. For example, don't scrape or resell Combup's data or pages, access the service by automated means other than the features we provide, try to break or overload it or get around its limits, or use it to break the law or harm others. We may limit or suspend an account that does these things. If we close your account without a good reason, we'll refund any unused part of a period you've paid for.
13. Our responsibility to you
- If we fail to comply with these terms, we're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or of our failing to use reasonable care and skill. We aren't responsible for loss or damage that isn't foreseeable.
- We provide Combup for domestic and private use. We aren't responsible for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.
- We aren't responsible for stores' products, prices, delivery or service, or for the content of their websites.
- Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that the law doesn't allow us to limit or exclude, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
14. Store content, trade marks and takedown requests
- Store and brand names, product names, trade marks and product images belong to their owners. They're shown only to identify products and link to the stores that sell them. Combup isn't affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by these stores or brands unless we say so.
- Combup's own software, design, text and brand belong to Combup.
- Copyright or trade mark complaints: if you believe something on Combup infringes your rights, email [email protected] with your name and contact details, the work or mark concerned, the address (URL) of the material on Combup, and a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you own the rights or are authorised to act for the owner. We review notices promptly and remove or disable material that we find infringing. If your material was removed and you think that was a mistake, reply with an explanation and we'll review it again.
- Stores that don't want to be listed: a store or brand can ask us to remove its products by emailing [email protected] from an address at the store's domain. We apply the request within 48 hours. Our crawler, CombupBot, follows each site's robots.txt rules; see combup.com/bot.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example to reflect changes in the law or in the service. For material changes we'll tell you by email or in the service before they take effect. If you don't agree, you can stop using the service and cancel your subscription before the change applies to you.
16. Complaints and the law that applies
If you have a problem with Combup, please email [email protected] first and describe it. We'll try to resolve it with you within 30 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you live in the UK, this doesn't take away the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the part of the UK where you live, and you can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland, depending on where you live.
17. Accessibility
We aim for Combup to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA. If something is hard to use, email [email protected].
