Power your cross-training potential with the Nike® Metcon 10 SE shoes. They optimize stability for heavier lifts with an ultra-strong Hyperlift plate and level up mobility with ReactX foam. Lighter and more responsive than the Metcon 9, these low-top shoes help athletes tackle any movement their workout demands. Their open-holed, engineered mesh upper provides breathability, while the tough plastic heel clip provides durability for handstand push-ups. These lace-up shoes have a wider toe box compared to the Metcon 9 that lets toes extend outward and helps optimize power through the whole foot. A tough, tacky texture strategically placed on the midfoot and toe delivers game-changing grip and durability. These shoes are designed with a polyester lining and an Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate (EVA) insole. A Hyperlift plate is placed under the heel for stability during squats, deadlifts, and cleans without compromising the ride.
